Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contracting Agency intends to award three (3) term agreements to provide SWPPP inspection and reporting in compliance with the requirements of the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) and Central Region Special Section 641 Erosion, Sediment and Pollution Control and Standard Specifications for Airport Construction General Contract Provision Section P-156 Erosion, Sediment, and Pollution Control Specification. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, documenting labor, equipment and materials utilized for construction of temporary erosion and pollution control related work during construction, measure and verify quantities for acceptance and payment, Contract bid item documentation in environmentally sensitive areas, and miscellaneous minor construction inspection and documentation.
