Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor is expected to provide service visits to KSC ET&S LST Locations to carry out repair services. The Vendor will coordinate each visit with the KSC Department Site Point of Contact and provide a minimally disruptive, planned, and controlled program of repair or replacement of hardware and components, of installed and portable audio-visual systems, sound systems, and other technology systems and equipment. The Vendor shall provide ET&S KSC LST with a report on recommended repair and replacement services for replacements of mid-tolarge scope, e.g., more than two to three components. The Manager of USNH ET&S LST shall have final approval. Assessment, Repair, and Replacement Services The Vendor shall provide audio-visual technology troubleshooting/assessment, repair, and replacement services. The Vendor is expected to provide a support phone number and email address to receive service requests from KSC Department personnel. Regular service requests are expected during the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The Vendor shall coordinate and provide a standard on-site assessment of malfunctioning equipment within two (2) days of the request. It is further expected that the Vendor will work and coordinate directly with equipment manufacturers on equipment warranty claims and repairs. Department representatives shall furnish all equipment warranty information to the Vendor in such instances.
