These will be bound in books of 25 pairs per book, for a total of 4,800 books. Book size will be 5-1/2” x 3”. Size: A single decal will be 5” wide x 1-1/2” high. A book leaf will have two of these, arranged one-above-the other and separated by a kiss-cut, plus a ½” left binding stub, for a total page size of 5-1/2” wide x 3” high. Construction: A book will have a printed top cover of 80 lb. cover, plus 25 decal book leaves as described above, plus a chipboard backer, all bound by two heavy duty staples through the left side stub. Item 2 – Temporary Decals: Quantity: 6,000 pairs of printed and numbered retro-reflective decals. These will be bound in books of 25 pairs per book, for a total of 240 books. Book size will be 5-1/2” x 3”. Size: A single decal will be 5” wide x 1-1/2” high. A decal sheet will have a matched pair of these, arranged one-above-the other and separated by a kiss-cut, plus a ½” left binding stub, for a total page size of 5-1/2” wide x 3” high. The face will have a full-bleed solid background of PMS 340 with black type and black serial numbering beginning with the letter “T”; the liner back will have application instructions in black.
