All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installing new high mast tower lights and roadway lights at Exit 57 (Beckley), Exit 62 (Sutton Gassaway), and Exit 67 (Flatwoods) interchanges on I-79. One new signal will be installed on the southbound exit ramp of I-79 at Flatwoods. The area of disturbance will be very minimal with only a few square feet of disturbance anticipated for the installation of the roadway lights foundations, junction boxes, and conduit. All disturbed areas will be stabilized with seed, mulch, or stone. All work will be within the existing right of way. • Roadway Resurfacing, Striping, Sealing, Raised Pavement Markers, High Friction Surface Treatment, Cold Mix Asphalt Paving • Lighting • Bridge Clean & Paint • Bridge Overlay / LMC • Sign Installation / Renovation • Traffic Signal Installation / Renovation / Modification • Emergency Project (such as slide repair, debris removal, etc.) that does not involve work below Ordinary High Water of any stream, lake, or water body and not within a National Wildlife Refuge, National Park, National Forest, National River, or any other federally managed area • Railroad Betterments, Crossing Device Upgrades, Crossing Surface Replacements, Track Circuit Additions • Warning Flashers • Dynamic Message Signs • Project within existing right-of-way with no additional land disturbance required beyond the currently disturbed areas, and not within a National Wildlife Refuge, National Park, National Forest, National River, or any other federally operated area requiring work that exceeds regular maintenance • Utility Installations
