Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm must submit a proposal which details how the training program will satisfy the County’s objectives which include, but is not limited to: A. Creation, implementation and operations of a countywide Threat Assessment and Intervention Team. B. Developing the Threat Assessment Network’s structure and ways to approach efforts through evaluating current procedures and identifying processes. C. Establishing countywide partners through formal memoranda of understanding, D. Development of standardized protocols, along with identification of bystander and community entities to include in the Threat Assessment Network E. Quarterly training sessions to the Threat Assessment Network including and expanding upon targeted violence and terrorism topics of threat assessment and intervention; critical incident planning and preparation, incident response, and resilience and recovery. F. Instruction of sustaining operation of the Threat Assessment Network along with evaluation thereof with continually monitoring and improvement of the program to have the greatest impact on the community. G. Collection and analysis of but not limited to performance, demographic information, awareness/understanding has been raised, cases opened, ideology/targeted violence/risk factor; anonymized case status data; number of people trained. H. Technical assistance for a period beginning December 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2024.
