Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Incorporated County of Los Alamos (“County”) Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) requires the services of a Contractor to complete a multi-year project, on a task-order basis, to survey and perform condition assessments of certain Assets within the County’s gas, water, and wastewater collection systems and to locate or verify the location of; exercise and verify functionality and condition of; and repair, replace, install, and paint various Assets and elements of the County’s gas, water, and wastewater collection systems (“Project”). Assets and elements to be located, assessed, and worked on by the Selected Offeror (“Contractor”) include, but are not limited to main line isolation and air release/air vacuum valves, cathodic protection test boxes, trace wire test boxes, manholes and cleanouts, marker posts, and concrete collars. Services may require a multi-disciplinary team of contractors, engineering consultants, Geographic Information System Mapping (“GIS”) consultants, surveyors, and subsurface utility engineering companies to complete all aspects of the Project.
