Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington County Community College, hereinafter referred to as ‘College,’ is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a mobile science lab/van that will be used as a live training lab for both life and chemistry sciences in order to provide students real world training. The unit should meet the following requirements: • 2022 or 2023 Gas Powered Transit/Cargo Van retrofitted to be a Mobile Science Lab that will support both life and chemistry sciences. • Capacity to accommodate three student stations/work surfaces in the back with swivel front seats that can be incorporated into the classroom plan. • Multiple rolling storing units that can be changed out depending upon the type of science being taught, can be secured during transit, and easily changed out. • Fully wired for wireless internet with an engine driven generator system. • Fold out canopy for outside classroom delivery with exterior and interior tv/screens. • Mobile eye wash and safety station for use in the van or at partner locations. • Full exterior vehicle wrap. • Wheelchair accessible in classroom section.
