Specifications include, but are not limited to: Downeast Hall (Upper Dorm) was built in 1978. It is a two‐story wood structure (23,185 GSF) that consists primarily of dormitory space in the form of 3‐bedroom apartments. Building is completely protected with an automatic sprinkler system. System is supplied from the lower dorm building by a fire pump. A dry pipe riser serves the attic spaces and is provided with a small floor mounted air compressor. WCCC is seeking proposals for the completion of the following two projects: Phase I 1. Air pressure test dry sprinkler system piping located in attic space to determine integrity and condition in accordance with NFPA‐25 ad 13. 2. Provide labor and necessary materials to replace of existing anti‐freeze solution. 3. Work completed by December 31, 2022. Phase II 1. Provide labor and materials to complete repairs determined as necessary as result of work completed in phase I of project.
