Specifications include, but are not limited to: The unit and installation should meet the following requirements: • Provide and install a Generac Propane 6,000 KW Generator • Provide all wiring, conduit, and miscellaneous material required to provide a complete working installation. • Provide the customer with adequate training so they are familiar with the standard operation of all of the units installed. • Provide all required permits. • All work must be performed so as to meet all applicable codes. • Generator and switches shall be properly labeled. • Generator must have weather protective and sound attenuated enclosures. • Generator must have 24-hour dual wall sub-base fuel tanks • Generator must have a main line circuit Breaker • Generator must have at least a 2-year warranty. • Provide automatic transfer switches of 400 amp rated at 120/240 volt • Transfer witches shall include a service disconnect rated switch and shall be NEMA 4 Rated • All transfer switches will be installed outside either on or next to the generator. • Vendor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of current unit. • Vendor is responsible for the cleanup and disposal of all materials. Site must be cleaned of all debris at project completion.
