Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit snow removal for Student Housing buildings (46 buildings) which are listed on Attachment 3. ● Snow removal of pedestrian sidewalks from residence doors to main sidewalks, or space around buildings as follows. ● Stairs and landings where applicable. ● Most of the work consists of smaller areas where hand shovels or snow blowers would be used instead of snow plows. No streets need to be plowed. ● Sidewalk areas pictured in brown or orange are considered main sidewalks that the University is responsible for and are not included in scope of work. ● Remove snow when accumulation is 2 inches or more. ● If snow falls overnight, then removal should occur before 7 am.
