Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) adopted the Transit Forward RI 2040 plan in December 2020. This plan details expansive growth for the agency over the next twenty years. As RIPTA prepares for this ambitious work program, the Authority is building capacity to support the impending workload. RIPTA’s capacity building includes the expansion of existing competency areas and development of new functional areas. Through this solicitation, RIPTA will contract with a consultant team to help augment internal staff with on-call consultant services in the areas of Project Management. To be considered, a consultant team must meet all technical areas within the core content area.
