Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with Indiana statute, including IC 5-22-7.3, the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) requires one or more vendors to provide traffic signals, accessories, and electrical components. Signal Heads: All 12” traffic signal heads shall be shipped complete with visors installed on each face. Heads shall be packed in heavy-duty cardboard cartons. All cartons shall be labeled with contents and quantity. Traffic signal heads shall be shipped shrink wrapped on wooden skids. Pedestrian Heads: 1-Section face heads packed three (3) per carton 2-Section face heads packed one (1) per carton 3-Section face heads packed one (1) per carton Pedestrian Heads: All pedestrian heads shall be shipped complete with visors installed. Heads shall be packed in heavy-duty cardboard cartons. All cartons shall be labeled with contents and quantity. Pedestrian heads shall be shipped wrapped on wooden skids. Pedestrian heads packed one (1) per carton. Additional Marking Requirements for all items 1. Each package shall be marked with INDOT MCMS Numbers (can be found on Attachment B – Pricing Sheet), when applicable. 2. Each package shall be marked with a delivery date. 3. Each package shall be marker with a PO number.
