Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii State Hospital (“Hospital”) of the Hawaii State Department of Health is responsible for coordinating public and private human services into an integrated and responsive delivery system for mental health needs. Provision of direct services to consumers in the public sector is offered through programs offered by the Hospital. Management of Information Systems (“MIS”) services are provided by staff located on the grounds of the Hospital. The MIS Unit requires additional services to provide Inspection, Upgrade and Maintenance Services for Computer Systems in the New Patient Facility (“NPF”); Printer and Scanning Installation and troubleshooting; User Assistance; and preparation for disposal of systems in Offices and Units on the Hawaii State Hospital Campus. . Inspect existing Computer Systems at the Hospital . Perform upgrades as needed to the existing Computer Systems. . Service, recommend and replace components of the systems determined to be malfunctioning or non- functioning. . Provide PC support including applying MS Windows 10 Operating System updates, configuring printers as required. A protocol is provided but the technician must be able to work with very minimal supervision. . The Contractor shall work with the MIS Unit for all related repairs and replacements for items covered under Warranty. Parts shall be ordered by the MIS unit. . After the inspection and completion of the upgrade and maintenance in the NPF, the Contractor shall provide a report. The report shall include Description of the physical and operating condition of the Computer Systems in the NPF. . Printer and Scanning installations, End User technical assistance. . User Assistance: Troubleshoot End User technical assistance issues such as: Lost Wireless Signal; Failure to Recognize a USB Device; Printer Problems; Slow Operations; Unsaved Files, Deleted Files, Login Difficulties, OneDrive synchronization
