Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Two hundred reserved sequentially numbered security alarm account numbers for current and future expansion of IDS panels on POTS lines, with the ability to add, d l t d h t t t ithi th 200 t delete and change account status within the 200 account maximum. b. Two hundred duplicate and same sequentially numbered accounts for current and future expansion of IDS panels with AlarmNet, by Honeywell Securities Division, for cellular and internet monitoring with a different identifier. c. On-site training and account set up at no additional cost, at the IDARNG Electronic Security Systems (ESS) office at 4200 Ellsworth St, Bldg. 669, Gowen Field Boise ID 83705. Training will be scheduled no later than two weeks prior from the contract start date. Subsequent to the initial training, the contractor will use train the trainer techniques with the understanding that the Idaho ESS can contact the Contractor and request assistance, via telephone or email, which shall be provided at no additional cost to the State. The training shall include, but is not limited to: (1) Reporting capabilities (2) Customization of reports (3) Running reports and printing reports (4) Viewing account history (5) Making changes as necessary to any field of the accounts d. Customized standard operating procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG) ESS Section, Anti-Terrorism/ Force Protection Office, and the state Protection Officer, G3. e. Provide levels of access authority to match individual access privileges.
