Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Military and Veterans Affair, Alaska Air National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide janitorial service for the 168th Air Wing located on Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska. All work must be performed in a thorough and workmanlike manner and in accordance with current industry practices. The contractor will be held responsible for the quality of the service, maintenance and inspections. Service, maintenance and inspections that are improperly done will be redone, by the contractor, at the contractor's risk and expense. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to satisfactorily perform the services required by this ITB. Contractor must comply with all applicable Federal and State labor, wage and hour, safety and associated laws which have a bearing on the services provided. All equipment required to perform this contract must be contractor-owned. Scaffolding may be rented on an as needed basis or seasonal need at the contractor’s expense.
