The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, is issuing an
Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for
services, non-personal- to provide all plant, labor, transportation,
materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary
for the repair of the Razorback Range Control Tower located
at Razorback Range, Marietta Church Road, Charleston, AR. The
contract duration will be 120 days after a Notice to Proceed is
issued. This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North
American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 238990,
with a size standard of $16,500.000.00. The magnitude of this
project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14(b)(4)
LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of
an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees
that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at
least 50 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of
materials, with its own employees."
The tentative date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on-or about
9 August 2021, 1000 a.m. CST, location is identified in the
solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and
shall follow conference registration and base access requirements
listed within the solicitation document.
The bid opening date is scheduled for on-or-about 13 September 2021.
Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award
Management (www.sam.gov). To register, you will need your DUNS
number register. Instructions for registering are on the web page
and there is no fee to register.
The solicitation and associated information will only be available

Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with
