Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Meet performance standards as established by the federal and state SNAP authority by providing high quality services and fulfilling all applicable requirements for the SNAP E&T program and services. 2. Work in collaboration with the NMHSD to ensure that a high-quality E&T program based on local workforce needs is designed to help SNAP recipients get new or better paying jobs. 3. Comply with all activities and timeframes outlined in the SNAP E&T Providers Guide. 4. Assist SNAP recipients gain skills, receive training and experience that will increase their ability to obtain regular employment. 5. Offer eligible E&T components that include allowable E&T activities. 6. Complete orientations with each referred and eligible participants within 10 days of referral.
