Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to make available for all Organizations in the State of New Mexico to use with the permission of the New Mexico Human Services Department for the performance of health insurance billing services and related technical assistance for New Mexico state agencies, local governments, counties, municipalities, and other public bodies that are covered under the procurement. This requires the performance of duties for the preparation and submission of health insurance claims in all acceptable electronic formats to insurance payors to obtain reimbursement for all covered health care procedures and services.
