Specifications include, but are not limited to: Custodial Work will be performed at all of the Town’s properties. This includes the Fire Department, Police Department, Library, Town Hall, Community Development Department, Armstrong Building, Administration, Transfer Station (twice weekly), Highway Department (twice weekly), Griffin Park restrooms (seasonal - 3 times a week) and Rogers Field restrooms (seasonal - 3 times a week). Custodial work will be performed on a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 4:00 PM. Shower stalls will be cleaned once a week for buildings that have them. The Town of Windham will supply all cleaning supplies to accomplish the scope of custodial tasks. Vendor may make recommendations for cleaning supplies which will be evaluated by the General Services Department. All vendors will supply a total lump sum price for daily and quarterly tasks. All vendors will supply pricing per building for carpet cleaning (excluding the library). All vendors will supply pricing per building for striping and waxing of all tile floors. This will include a spring and fall service. All vendors will supply a price to sanitize police cruisers when needed. This will be done 24 hours a day. All vendors will supply a price to sanitize jails cells when needed. This will be done 24 hours a day.
