Specifications include, but are not limited to: Docushare is used by a couple of agencies including DOPL for DBS staff and services. These purchases were made prior to IT consolidation so the history is not well known. The previous renewals were priced below $10,000 and it was believed that this met small purchase limits prior to understanding the 5 year total cost should be included in the small purchase limit. A current ECM RFP is underway to select a standard solution. Once that is completed an RFP for support on existing supportable solutions will be performed. Until those are complete there is not a procurement path for this solution but the agency is dependent on the Docushare solution to provide services. The infrastructure is based on this solution and not easily transferred to anything else. The agency has content stored in the solution that would be difficult to recover in the event of loss of license. There are business processes that are ingrained in the agency and rely on the solution.
