General Requirements Contractor will be responsible to account for and maintain security, safe operation and storage of all tools and equipment while on site. It is the responsibility of the contractor to maintain his/her equipment in proper operating status and in compliance with OSHA standards. All areas will be policed to insure no weed eater string, lawnmower parts, or personal property has been left behind. Additional services not specified in this document will be paid for by separate invoice and are not part of this solicitation.
