Specifications include, but are not limited to: Restrooms remodel: • Apply Epoxy coating with covings at wall base. Cover the entire walls and floors. Coatings will provide the spaces with a wash down surface for deep cleaning. Color to be determined. • Replace all fixtures toilets, sinks, urinals, and mirrors. • Install new solid plastic toilet compartments with doors that return to near closed position. Include door locks, coat hooks, and door handles. Provide manufactures corrosion resistant supports, leveling mechanism, fasteners, anchors, and shoes at pilasters to conceal supports. • Ceilings repair any drywall damage and apply latex paint. Color will be white. • Concrete work: • Remove dirt along the sides of building and pour 5” concrete slabs on grade over granular leveling bed. These areas are located along the east and west walls. • Arena: On the north end there is a concrete curbing and railing, match the curbing and railings down both sides to south end. Gates will be located in the same positions as present. Railings are failing due to the excessive moisture, mounting railing on concrete curbing will minimize exposure to moisture
