Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Coastal Program (NHCP), Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (GBNERR), and Great Bay Stewards (GBS) are seeking proposals from a qualified consultant, or team of qualified consultants, to (1) work in partnership with NCHP, GBNERR, and GBS to identify and define communities their respective programs aim to serve, (2) provide diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and accessibility (DEIJA) learning sessions for NHCP, GBNERR, and GBS staff and members of the GBS Board of Trustees, (3) conduct community-informed DEIJA assessments of NHCP, GBNERR, and GBS programs, procedures, and relationships, and (4) co-create Implementation Plans with actionable recommendations to meaningfully center DEIJA in NHCP, GBNERR, and GBS programs, procedures, and relationships
