Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Meridian, Idaho is seeking Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for the City’s Biosolids Dryer Project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act; This project will include a technology and siting evaluation, selection, design and construction services for a biosolids dryer with odor control at the City of Meridian Resource Recovery Facility. This project will be paid for by ARPA state recovery funds and the selected consultant will provide assistance with the grant administration reporting and record keeping requirements. Experience with air permitting will be considered in this RFQ. The ARPA funds have been split into several priority projects including the Biosolids Dryer project. (ARPA) through the United States Department of Treasury.
