Specifications include, but are not limited to: This agreement involves the operating of a portable soft frozen beverage concession located at Narragansett Town Beach. This concession agreement will be for a term of five (5) years, beginning in May 2023 and ending in September 2027, with an optional three (3) year extension. Upon award of the bid and completion of the five (5)-year term, the awarded bidder will be subject to a contractual review taking into consideration vendor performance, compliance measures and other pertinent agreed upon contractual elements. The outcome of this review may impact a decision to award an optional three (3) year term extension of this contract in its entirely through the year of 2030. The Town of Narragansett is under no obligation by the terms of this contract to award term extension under any circumstances and is not bound by information gathered during the contractual review.
