Specifications include, but are not limited to: INDOT will accept deliveries between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. Contractor and/or Contractor’s commercial carrier will be responsible to unload the product/material from the delivery truck. It is also the responsibility of the Contractor or Contractor’s commercial carrier to furnish the needed equipment to unload the product/material from the truck. INDOT will not lend its own equipment or use INDOT employees to unload the product/material from the truck. Repeated failure to comply with this term may result in a determination of breach with subsequent cancellation of the Purchase Order and/or Contract.
