Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFI is to gather feedback and information for the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) regarding an anticipated Member Support Services (MSS) program to be provided to members of a future managed long-term support and services (MLTSS) program. Member Support Services are ombudsman-like services such as educating members of their rights and benefits under MLTSS and assisting members with any problems and issues with their MLTSS health plans. Responses to this RFI will be an important input for the State’s considerations for MSS program design and implementation. In the spirit of transparency and the State’s desire to get input from industry experts, experts in related fields, and stakeholder partners to assist in determining next steps, the State’s approach and information on a potential future service are provided. The feedback and information gained from this RFI may be used in the development of a future competitive solicitation process, leading to the designation of an entity or entities best suited to meet the State’s needs. FSSA invites any interested business or organization to provide comments and feedback to the State for consideration through this RFI process, to help inform the State’s approach.
