Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manchester Water Works is seeking a NH Professional Licensed Engineered road design stamped plan for Shore Road in Auburn, NH. This should include new road, old road closeout, remainder road improvements, and stormwater treatment structures. Extent of the projects runs from Chester Road to the residence at 55 Shore Road. Plan for redesign of Shore Road and Budget to complete design work proposed. The contract term will be January 1, 2023 through April 30, 2023 with an option to extend/renew. This option to extend/renew is solely at Manchester Water Works discretion, by and through the Board of Water Commissioners. Agreement to extend/renew must be made in writing no less than 60 days prior to the end of contract. Pricing & Pricing formats: o All proposers must provide a total price for each item listed on the attached proposal price sheet. o All proposed prices must remain firm throughout the contract term. Plans must be stamped by a NH Licensed Civil Engineer. Delivery terms: o All items must be delivered by April 30, 2023 to the appropriate site inside the building as designated by Manchester Water Works. All prices in budget must be F.O.B. to 1583 Lake Shore Road freight prepaid. Training or ongoing technical support. o All contract prices must include a minimum of ten (10) hours of on-site visits with Manchester Water Works staff. o All contract prices must include telephone technical assistance of 10 hours, at no additional cost, for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of delivery/project completion.
