Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide student and teacher material/supplies and teacher content/curriculum for a full day space camp five days a week for five-six weeks. • Provide at least one and a half days of in-person teacher training. • Align curriculum and educational activities to the New Mexico State Science, Technology and STEM Standards. • Provide ongoing program support and encouragement for all parties involved. (i.e., students, staff and district office personnel) • APS will recruit and hire teachers for this program, however contractors can place one of their teachers on site to help facilitate the program. As long as those teachers have an APS comprehensive criminal background check and have completed APS’s fingerprinting process.
