Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Participation in all design, coordination, and building committee meetings. 2. Understand and implement design guidelines adopted for the Missoula Federal Building. 3. Participate in the design process and make recommendations as to the suitability of certain products and designs. 4. Review of all designs for constructability. 5. Work with the Owner and Design Team on phasing, scheduling, and other strategies to complete construction projects of this magnitude and complexity while addressing the potential needs for a phased project to allow occupancy while other sections of the building are completed. 6. Ensure the efficient and economic use of funds by product suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, and the Design Team. 7. Develop and monitor a comprehensive safety program for the Project. 8. Coordination and gathering of input from subcontractors regarding constructability and cost. 9. Review and cost evaluation of design for each phase of the project taking into consideration schedule, phasing and market conditions. 10. Consult with, advise, assist, and provide recommendations to the Owner and Design Team on all aspects of the planning and design of the work.
