Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all required testing and certifications of the fuel storage tank monitoring systems, vapor recovery systems, and product lines, or any other fueling components as required by the regulations mandated by Federal, State, Health, and Safety Code and each local agency i.e., County, City, and Air Pollution Control District. Contractor shall schedule required testing with each local agency and the individual CHP Area’s Auto Technician. Contractor shall provide a copy of the results to the Facilities Section Coordinator (FSC) in Sacramento and all local permitting agencies within thirty (30) days of testing. The FSC shall be notified of scheduled testing within two (2) weeks of test date. Check with FSC to verify the fuel level in the tank to see if test can be performed. If Contractor arrives to perform testing without confirmation from the FSC and testing could not be completed due to fuel level the CHP will not be held responsible for the costs incurred by the Contractor. 6. REPAIR SERVICES: There are no monies in this contract for repair services. Should the system not pass the annual certification, Contractor shall troubleshoot the system and provide a legible, detailed proposal to repair the equipment. This will include a list of all parts required, cost per item, substantiation of MSRP, the estimated number of hours required to complete the repairs, applicable sales tax, and which equipment is being repaired. No work shall commence without CHP Facilities Section’s approval of the cost for repair. No repair work can be charged to this contract, another contracting process will be used to fund any repairs needed.
