Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Fire Department is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide screening to the firefighter and to catch any possible signs that point to serious health problems in addition to coaching to help alleviate those symptoms. Thyroid: a. Free T-4 and TSH 5. Males: a. PSA (age 40 and over) b. DEXA Body Composition 6. Female: a. DEXA Body Composition b. Bone Density 7. Blood Pressure, HR, RR, SPO2 8. EKG 9. Carotid Artery Screening 10. Peripheral Vascular Screening
