Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rental and utility cost burdens remain a pressing issue for low-to-moderate income individuals in Hot Springs due to the financial burden of the COVID-19 pandemic. This program aims to: 1. Head off eviction proceedings against low-to-moderate income individuals that have experienced a demonstrable financial burden from the COVID-19 pandemic by paying for past due rent or utility bills 2. Aid qualified individuals in maintaining compliance with their lease or utility service agreements 3. Keep individuals from becoming homeless or without shelter due to a financial hardship brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic The qualified respondent must display experience by implementing programs or projects using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. The qualified respondent must display programmatic experience in delivering services to LMI individuals, including but not limited to: 1. Food 2. Healthcare 3. Rent and utility 4. Childcare or transportation assistance 5. Aiding individuals in finding resources tailored to their needs 6. General homeless resources and services delivery 7. Successful operation of an application/pre-screening process
