Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project BOULDER CITY PARKWAY SHADE STRUCTURES as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. The cost shall include furnishing and installing all materials for the concrete slab, shade structure, lighting and furnishings, and graffiti coating. This work shall also include all removals, grading and concrete repairs required for the construction of the structures. The work also includes all relocations and repairs to adjacent landscaping and irrigation necessary for the installation of the shade structures. This includes any modifications to the existing irrigation system to insure the continued operation of the remaining existing irrigation system.
