The Contractor acknowledges to remove from site all construction materials, tools and debris. Sweep clean all exterior work areas. Vacuum all interior work areas, removing all visible dust, stains, labels and tags. Clean all windows referenced in specifications. Romaine - Trim All Overgrowth _ roof Line. Trim all dead, decaying, damaged overgrowth plants shrubs and trees, to provide safety and an attractive appearance. Romaine - Tear Off and Reroof Shingles remove and dispose of all roofing & defective sheathing. Synthetic felt plastic cap fasteners. Install ice and water shield in all valleys, Install preformed aluminum, drip edge, and vent pipe boots. Install metal flashing around chimneys and metal wall flashing to prevent any water intrusion, seal and caulk Labor will require 5 year warranty on roof
