Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors are invited to bid unit prices for the Outright Purchase of Nineteen (19) New 2023 Model HarleyDavidson® FLHP Road King® Solo Law Enforcement Motorcycles to be Furnished and Delivered to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Indianapolis Fleet Services Division (IFS) in Marion County, IN. With this purchase, the City will trade in nineteen (19) older Harley-Davidson® 2019/2020 units in good to excellent condition. Values for the trade-in units are to be indicated and deducted from the total purchase price. The specifications describe a self-contained unit, and the awarded vendor shall furnish and assemble all components so that each unit is 100% ready for use upon delivery. (This will include all features, parts and attachments necessary to form a complete unit, whether specifically mentioned herein or not.) Each unit shall be of such design and construction as to comply with the requirements stated herein. Other departments and agencies of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County may also utilize the resulting contract under the same pricing, terms and conditions
