Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Owner is completing a development study of several areas on Colonel James Jabara Airport and wishes to proceed with having an Environmental Assessment developed for the area shown on Exhibit A. The Environmental Assessment shall be per FAA Order 1050.1F, Environmental Impacts, Policies and Procedures and FAA Order 5050.4B, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementing Instructions for Airport Actions. Additional services, which may be required, could include providing environmental planning level advice, consultations and assistance. It is strongly recommended the lead firm have recent, relevant experience with on-airport environmental assessments and applicable FAA orders and regulations.
