Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured Contractors for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, materials and equipment, of the re-design of the existing NE Lake Bella Vista parking lot and trails. A trail section is proposed to connect the two existing trails south of the parking lot that runs along the top of the bank on the edge of the lake. The parking lot layout will be revised to be one-way circulation with roundabout at the entry. The Project will include, but not be limited to, infrastructure such as stormwater structures, piping, outlet structures, a drinking fountain, a water meter serving the frost-proof yard hydrant, furnishing and installing playground equipment and a pre-fabricated restroom building, as well as site landscaping, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
