Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this work will include all services necessary to advance the PROJECT from to Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E), including bidding and construction support. The work shall be completed in the task as follows: Task 1 – Data review & Design Study Report Task 2 – Plans in Hand Task 3 – Review PS&E (design including culverts, intersection design, and lighting) Task 4 – Final PS&E Task 5 – Bidding Assistance Task 6 – Support during Construction At the Department’s discretion, the following additional services may be required for the PROJECT, after consultation with the appropriate support groups, and would be added by amendment: • Hydraulics and Hydrology study • Permits
