Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Offeror Expectations: 1. Create an interactive web based and vendor hosted construction project permitting system capable of managing both code and special inspections, construction documents, deferred submittals, RFI’s,and other construction documents. Software must be able to provide checks and balances to verify that all required documents have been uploaded and give Project managers the opportunity to review and approve prior to the plan review process beginning. Software must also create a comprehensive list of requirements for the contractor to verify during construction of items still outstanding, allow design professionals to access and upload documents and inspection reports. This software must also send automatic notifications to those affected as all steps are completed. 2. Transfer all existing data, documentation, users, roles, permissions and history from the existing EDMS system to the new system and continue tracking changes done to applications and plan documents going into the future. 3. Provide dedicated system support to end users. 4. Provide a system that provides a large data storage capacity. 5. Provide the ability to make changes and additions to the functionality of the system on an as needed basis. 6. Provide on-going training to end-users. 7. Meet with all DFCM stakeholders to review requirements necessary for them to be able to complete their tasks.
