Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service families with young children between the ages of zero (0) and five (5) years; 2. Focus on parents who have four (4) or more adverse childhood experiences; 3. Application of two-generational approach; 4. Integration of clinical assessments and treatment services; 5. Development of individualized service plans; 6. Methods of service delivery particularly to families who reside in remote areas or geographic locations with limited access to health facilities, medical professionals, public transportation, and/or community resources; 7. Services provided to families with incarcerated parent(s) at public correctional facilities; 8. Partnership with health service providers, medical professionals, schools, and/or other community-based organizations that provide social or human services; 9. Advocacy services for families who are at risk of or are in crisis; and 10. Necessary experience, qualification, accreditation, and/or licensure to deliver home visiting services
