Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need(s): Individuals receiving medication a part of their treatment for opioid use disorders through opioid treatment program (HUBS) require locking boxes in which to store take home medications. The successful vendor will provide metal locking boxes with unique key and/or combination lock suitable for this purpose. The successful vendor will demonstrate that they can routinely meet the State of Vermont’s needs for locking boxes. Size of boxes can be within this range: Smallest 3.5” x 8” x 6.5” – Largest 5.5” x 9.5” x 8.5” 2.1.Key lock boxes with two included keys. 2.2. 3-digit combination locking boxes for convenient and keyless security, but also a backup key. 2.3.Privacy key lock boxes with 2 keys
