All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: obtain pricing and a contract for ten (10) Single-Wide Manufactured Homes, Lexington Homes 7601 or agency approved equal. A. Contractor shall provide new manufactured homes that are the latest model in production, of good quality as to workmanship and material used, and compliant with applicable Federal Safety Standards and Guidelines. B. The Contractor shall list the manufacturer’s brand and model number of the single-wide manufactured homes they are bidding on. See the Bid Response Packet. C. Contractor shall be licensed with the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission and should submit a copy of their license with their bid submission but must be provided when requested by TSS OSP. D. Contractor shall comply with Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission's "Rules for Manufactured Homes Including General Installation and Anchoring Specifications.” E. Contractor shall provide on-site installation of the Manufactured Homes. F. Contractor shall provide all blocks, wood, and anchors needed to block, level, and tie-down each Manufactured Home. G. Contractor should provide a complete set of floor plan drawings with their bid submission for the brand and model to be delivered but must be provided when requested by TSS OSP. H. Contractor shall be responsible for A/C installation. I. Contractor shall provide a one-year standard Manufacturer’s Warranty for each Manufactured Home. 1. Warranty will begin after the complete installation of each manufactured home; A. The Contractor shall provide ten (10) new Single-Wide Manufactured Homes with the following minimum specifications: 1. Width: between 14-feet and 16-feet 2. Length: between 70-feet and 80-feet 3.
