Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor shall provide temporary staffing services to LRWRA on an as needed basis. Employees whom the vendor assigns to fill a temporary position must be qualified for the assignment and must have the appropriate job skill set for that position. Reference Temporary Staff Placement. B. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation and as negotiated in the final contract or agreement. LRWRA shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, and to add or remove any services offered by the vendor under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in Federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of LRWRA. Vendor and LRWRA shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes.
