All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one or more qualified Contractor(s) to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Auto Parts and Services. Contractor shall furnish all resources required to provide and deliver OEM auto parts and services as specified herein. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of two deliveries to the Owner’s Fleet Maintenance location on a daily basis, and shall specify the cut-off times for each delivery as stated on the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to add or delete related item requirements during the term of the contract. Prices for items added to the contract will be negotiated at the time of addition and will be added through a written modification to the contract.
