Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (“College”) is requesting proposals from qualified electrical contractors to provide basic Electrical Services at multiple Valencia Campus locations in Orange and Osceola Counties. It is the intent of the College to award a Continuing Services Contract to one contractor that best meets the criteria set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Work to be accomplished under this contract will include new work and rehabilitation of existing buildings. The size, scope and complexity of projects under this contract will be determined based upon specific requirements of each project as determined by Valencia College but in no case shall they exceed $74,999. It is important for the selection process that the Contractor demonstrates the ability to manage multiple on-going electrical projects in a timely manner, as well as address emergency repair requests, at any given time.
