All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Electrical and Data Modifications ; • Safe-off and disconnect power systems to all partitions. • Disconnect all data systems to all partitions. • Furnish and install power and reconnect data systems to new partitions. • Brace tele / power poles with ceiling wires. • Perform Power / Data systems functional testing. • Relocate existing thermostat. • Relocate lighting systems as needed. • Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging materials from the jobsite on a daily basis. • Contractor shall warranty work for a period of one (1) year after installation and provide manufacturer’s warranty on equipment installed
