Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The selected Contractor will provide services to 12-20 individuals per contract year as follows: i. Implement a Weatherization training program that will train individuals per contract year with disabilities as itemized below. Trainings will be held at local sites determined in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices across Vermont. The selected Contractor will conduct trainings in modules that are at least 3 weeks in duration, 5 days per week and 6 hours per day. Contractor will coordinate training schedules in conjunction with the DVR district or regional offices to align with the specific needs of each site. ii. Implement a Solar Heat Pump Installation training program that will train individuals with disabilities, to be held at local sites determined in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices across Vermont. The selected Contractor will conduct trainings in modules that are at least 3 weeks in duration, 5 days per week and 6 hours per day. Contractor will coordinate training schedules in conjunction with the DVR district or regional offices to align with the specific needs of each site.
