Specifications include, but are not limited to: Program Design o A detailed description of your organization's available capacity to deliver a proposed scale of tutoring services e.g., the number of students you can serve, the number of schools you can support, describe the geographic areas (regions or counties) within the state of New Mexico that your organization is able to serve, and your capability to serve students in rural areas. o A detailed description of the types of tutoring services you will provide e.g., faceto-face, virtual, or a combination of face-to-face and virtual. If face-to-face, describe the venue/location where services will be delivered. o A detailed description of how your curricula and services will meet the diverse cultural and linguistic needs of all students. o A detailed description of proposed recruitment and enrollment plan that engages students, parents, community members. o A detailed description of proposed plan for tutor-student assignments and plan to ensure tutor-student continuity.
