Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selected engineering firms will assist the identified Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) affected by General Permit 3- 9050 3-acre compliance requirements in the permitting and design process to treat stormwater from impervious surfaces. After DEC’s 3-Acre Stormwater Funding Coordinator confirms each MHC’s participation in this program, MHC landowners will be referred to the selected engineering firms for engineering analysis and permitting services. If any of the 3-Acre MHCs decline to participate in the program such that some or all the design and permitting services are not rendered for a given site, payments to the contractor will be adjusted in accordance with the budget provided in the contractor’s proposal. DEC anticipates contracting with engineering firms that employ a Vermont-licensed Professional Engineer with demonstrated experience in providing engineering analysis and permitting services. Engineering firms are required to be available to provide these services throughout Vermont.
